Earth Force

Objective: This assignment required me to design an office space for a non-profit of my choice as well as two attached residential units in a rectangular building shell. I chose to design this space for Earth Force, a non-profit that partners sustainability experts with local schools and students in attempt to spark interest in sustainability at a young age as well as bettering the surrounding community. Concept: I was inspired by aspects that that California is known for, beautiful beaches and the state flower, the California poppy. This was the inspiration for the project's color scheme. I designed this office to cater to the different ways people work best. With unassigned work stations employees can choose to work privately, at benching stations, standing, or even outdoors. The Earth Force office complies with both CBC and ADA codes as well as caters to various LEED standards. The floor plans and renderings were done with Revit.
